Formed in 1990 by two directors from different backgrounds the company has grown in tandem utilising those skills. Boldscan is diverse in it's outlook to gathering solutions in both manufacturing and through it's hire division.

Broadly speaking the company can be divided into the following areas:-

Manufacturing of Signage and Display items

Banners of any shape and size, banner supports, banner frames.
Banner printing, digital photo printing onto banners. Point of sale display items such as brochure stands, freestanding displays.
Fixings of many types for the above to fit most locations and requirements.

Manufacturing of specialist sewn fabric items. Including their design if required

These include vehicle canopies and covers, tool rolls, tool and equipment bags, seats, trailer covers, boat covers. In fact any sewn item large or small to cover anything. Fixings can be of any type from rope and cord to Velcro and snap locked straps.

More specialised fixings are also available.
Boldscan are well practiced at sourcing materials to suit specific requirements. These include extreme high and low temperatures. Special colours such as DPM, Hi viz, covert, I R reflective. Materials to suit normal and special application with regard to durability and handling.

Manufacture of exhibition Marquees

These are modern aluminium frame structures that can be built into complex designs as well as simple display stalls. The Arcadia shopping mall configurations are unique and offers organisers and exhibitors the benefits of 'Shell Scheme' to the outdoor event industry.

Hire of Exhibition Marquees Nationwide

The Company provide a full hire service and are able to cater for large scale events such as national and county shows, weddings, and similar events. Marquees are also extensively used for such applications as commercial storage for large retail outlets, manufacturing industry where temporary additional storage or work space is required.
To compliment the marquee hire a full range of flooring, internal dressing and fixtures can be supplied.
Boldscan are suppliers to a very wide and diverse customer base including a number of household name companies as well as UK MoD both directly and indirectly.
Following a recent change of ownership, an expansion of facilities and an upgrade in equipment, including computer controlled sewing machines, the company is poised to expand and develop its core businesses. Now able to offer improved and repeatable quality and higher levels of production, Boldscan is looking to expand its customer base and further improve its service to established customers.
